Om Stiraray Namah!

Be Still. All that is required to realize the self, is to be still.

- Shiva GurujiAruneshwar

Introduction

Shiva Dhyan Yoga is a form of meditation and spiritual practice that is rooted in the teachings of Lord Shiva, one of the principal deities in Hinduism. It is a practice that aims to connect the practitioner with their inner self and the divine consciousness.

Once you start thinking Shiva as Hindu God and Yoga as form of religious practice, you will miss the whole point. Shiva Guruji describes Shiva as Synergy-Harmony-Inspiration-Vibration-Awakening of Awareness which is spread out in the infinity of the universe. In my words, Sada Shiva refers to the entirety of the universe to its subtlest form. Shiva is the consciousness that is inside as well as outside and spread to the infinity of the universe. All in itself is Shiva himself.

Shiva Dhyan Yoga is a practice that aims to connect the practitioner with their inner self and the divine consciousness. The word "Dhyan" in Sanskrit refers to meditation or deep contemplation, while "Yoga" means union or connection. Shiva Dhyan Yoga, therefore, is a method to attain union with the divine through the practice of meditation and self-realization.

In Shiva Dhyan Yoga, practitioners focus on various aspects of Lord Shiva, such as his form, qualities, symbols, mantras, or visualizations, as a means to deepen their meditation and spiritual experience. The practice involves stilling the mind, withdrawing the senses, and directing one's awareness inward to connect with the divine presence within. Shiva Dhyan Yoga is not limited to any specific religious or cultural background and can be practiced by individuals of any faith or belief system. It is a way to experience inner peace, spiritual growth, and realization of one's true nature. The practice of Shiva Dhyan Yoga is often guided by a qualified teacher or guru who provides instructions, techniques, and support to the practitioners.

If you are serious about your spiritual growth and want to reach your highest, you should meet master Shiva Guruji Himalaya Aruneshwar. Without having encountered Shiva Guruji these books I am producing wouldn't have produced in the year I am producing or may be never this lifetime. Meeting him allowed me to see my Shiva and believe in everything the universe has to offer and the workings of the laws of universe became apparent.
